Overview
Emissions And Stack core alignment fiber fusion optics use the latest core alignment technology with auto focus and six motors. They are a new generation of fiber fusion splicers, fully qualified for 62.13 mi (100 km) trunk constructions, ftth projects, security monitoring, and other fiber cable splicing projects. The machines use industrial quad-core CPUs, fast responses, and are currently among the fastest fiber splicing machines in the market. With 5 in (127 mm) 800 pixels x 480 pixels high-resolution screens, the operations are simple and intuitive, and they offer up to 300 times focus magnifications, making it very easy to observe the fibers with naked eyes. They provide 6 seconds speed core alignment splicing and 15 seconds heating, increasing the working efficiency by 50% compared to ordinary splicing machines.
